Shipping & Returns Policy

Free shipping applies to online orders of CAD $99 and more after all discounts, promotions, and before taxes.

We deliver to all of Canada and the U.S. with exception to remote areas* in Canada.

*Remote areas: the following postal codes are not eligible for free shipping. Please note that this list may change without prior notice.

If you purchase a product in pre-sale, you may receive a 10% discount. The product will be shipped immediately upon receipt. Before shipping, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the date and time of delivery.

Return policy 

The maximum return time is seven (7) days after receiving the product. 

Free shipping is provided if your order is damaged or defective. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Customers cannot return the product by coming to the warehouse address directly. 

Customer support must authorize returns before the product's shipping is arranged. 

Please read the following return rules before submitting your return request. 

We will accept returns where: 

  • You received an incorrect product
  • A product that has exceeded its “best before” date when received by you
  • The product is faulty or damaged in some way upon receipt 

Exclusions may apply due to the nature of our products. Before submitting a return request, please consider the return guidelines outlined below. 

We will not accept returns, exchanges or refunds in the following circumstances

  • You have chosen incorrectly or mistakenly 
  • You have changed your mind or taste: 
  • You do not like the taste of the product; or 
  • You treated or stored the product inappropriately

In addition, we  reserve the right to refuse a refund if : 

  • The claim is submitted seven (7) days after delivery 
  • The product has been repackaged 
  • The product packaging is not intact (the product has been opened) 
  • The product has not been purchased on Soha.com 

Exceptionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns made on special orders, seasonal items, and/or promotional items. Please note that claims are processed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Process 

You must send a photo to process your claim if you received the damaged product. 

To obtain authorization, the following information  must be given to the authorized personnel: 

  •  Product code
  •  Lot number
  •  Product Description
  •  Quantity to be returned
  •  Invoice number
  •  Reason for return

We will do everything possible to respond to your inquiries and requests quickly. 

Refund Policy 

Your refund will be returned using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase. The refund should take 14 business days to be reflected in your account.
